The North-west zone of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has described as “false” media reports that the zone’s Presidential Campaign recently launched in Kaduna, was poorly attended by party members.
In a statement by the North-west Zonal Secretary of the PDP, Barrister Baba Lawal Aliyu, the party said “the reports were nothing but lies and falsehood, mischievously done to serve the interest of God knows who.
“Many Nigerians, who watched it live on television stations, will attest to the fact that the event was a huge success.”
