Tahir Mohammed Monguno (ANPP, Borno), who represents Monguno/Marte/Ngazai Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, is the Chairman of its Committee on Agriculture. In this interaction with Richard Ihediwa and Lawrence Olaoye, the lawmaker examines the nation's political situation in the last one year and the canvassemore funding of agricultural sector to stem insecurity. Hournarable Bawa Abdullahi, was a former councilor in Oshimile South Local Government Area of Delta state. He was born and bred there but affirmed in an encounter with our reporter, Lawal Sadiq Sanusi, who was in Asaba on Peace Building Mission organised by an NGO, Love to the World Initiative, that there was no discrimination against the Northerners by their Southern counterparts, and that any time there was crisis in the East, the Northerners find solace in Asaba which is just a stone-throw from Onitsha in Anambra state.
