Politicians in the country have been charged to imbibe the leadership qualities of former President Shehu Shagari who rendered selfless service during his stewardship as president of the country.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has lodged a petition with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), requesting it to look into Edo State Governor and Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) governorship candidate, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole's "utterances, hate language, threats and vulgar words" in his ongoing electioneering campaigns for the July 14 election.
