Residents to pay N16,500 each for waste bins |
By Josephine Ella In a bid to address the indiscriminate dumping of refuse on the streets of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), the Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB), has commenced the distribution of 6,000 waste bins to FCT residents. Each of the residents is expected to pay N16, 500 for the waste bin.
