Fear of kidnappers, beginning of wisdom

Before I left for Anambra and Imo states to cover the walking visit of President Goodluck Jonathan to the states in the middle of last week, my colleagues in Aso Villa had made a jest at me. They had warned me to beware of kidnappers now ravaging the South East. A colleague even told me point blank that I should be wary of people in group of two or more at any particular spot.
