New consumer rights law will have liability clause, by CPC DG

Mrs. Mwuese AgbatseHer search for orphans took her to many places in Benue state. She would visit towns and villages, and also knock on people’s doors enquiring if there were orphans she could help. After several attempts, she got 23 orphans whom she has sponsored to study free of charge. Mrs. Mwuese Agbatse, an educationist, said her passion to help orphans and the less privileged in the society spurred her to establish a foundation to cater for such groups of Nigerians.
